Why chose to work with me?

Current Experience - I've been working in a Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Primary School since September 2022. 

Pre-Pandemic Experience - I ran lessons, after-school clubs, parent and child sessions, and parent and child after-school clubs in primary schools. The sessions included: Story Massage, Breathing Exercises, Safe Space Building, Stress Free SAT’s etc. 

Previous Experience -  I spent 1 day per week in my son's primary school as a Volunteer Parent-Helper and as a Salaried Lunchtime Supervisor for 4 years between November 2007-July 2012.

Other Experience - A gorgeous 22 year old son. An insatiable love of learning and sharing knowledge. Recognition of the importance of the 3 R's. Deep understanding that learning only really happens when all (or most) of a child's other needs are met first. A strong belief that parents (especially mums) and their children should be happy and enjoying their lives together and that they should not be spending their time feeling sad, stressed, or uncomfortable in each other's company.

LEGO CLUB


This 6-week therapy intervention is generally delivered to groups of 3 children in mainstream schools. It is often extended for another 6 weeks. 


It would also work well with a parent, child, and myself. It is a great way for children to practice and develop their social skills through structured play activities using the Lego.
