I’m delighted that you’re interested in working with me.
One session is never enough(!). I am happy to answer a few of your initial questions via email or phone. However, completing the paperwork and booking a Zoom video call Initial Consultation Appointment will help us to find out if working together would be right for you. I understand that I am not the right therapist for everyone. I now choose to only work with people who are ready and willing to let go of any unnecessary pain and stress so they can get on with enjoying their life. I will work with you over a period of time. I will help you move from where you are now (in pain and/ or stressed) to where you want to be (pain free and/ or stress free) and then, as we continue working together, I will help you learn how to maintain this balanced state so you really can get on with enjoying the rest of your life.
We will arrange a chat so that we can discuss what is likely to work best for you as all of my work is specifically tailored to each individual. However, everyone always wants some guidelines first. So, as a rough starting point, here are some ideas of what has worked best for a few of my new clients:
• Chronic pain that is there day after day or, having I just want to hide under the bedcovers today – 2-4 sessions per week
• Aches and pains that are stopping me from doing the things I want to do, or feeling overwhelmed with the things I have to do – 1-2 sessions per week.
• Nagging ache that is always there, or feeling anxious about things – 1 session per week
• Occasional twinges, aches, or occasional worries – fortnightly or monthly sessions
• Feeling on top of the world (no pain, no stress) – monthly sessions
As you work with me, you will begin to feel that your wellbeing is improving and we will start to spread out the gap between your sessions. If you feel that your wellbeing is no longer improving (or something happens in your life that sets you back again), we will simply book your sessions closer together again.
I also offer suggestions for small lifestyle changes or ‘homework’ as my clients affectionately call it. This allows you to learn how to listen to your body so that you can gradually take more and more responsibility for improving your own wellbeing.
Some clients choose to continue seeing me because they realise that it is our life-journey to be ‘a little bit better’ than we currently are and they value our work together to help them achieve this.

The money you invest in working with me now will not only support you in letting go of any unnecessary pain and stress you currently have, it will also teach you how to listen to your body so that you can manage your wellbeing well into your future.
I recommend starting with a course of sessions e.g. 6-12 initially. Payment is required in advance by bank transfer, and we will schedule all of your appointments into both our diaries. If necessary, appointments can be rescheduled if adequate notice is given.
Please note that missed appointments (no shows) or appointments cancelled within 48 hours are always charged for.
Fees start at £595 (I offer a small discount for those who choose to make a bigger initial investment in their wellbeing). The £595 option includes 4 appointments up to 1 hour each (each appointment consists of a pre-consult, in-person hands-on appointment and a post-consult. It also includes setting both standard and individualised homework for you (lifestyle changes and exercises for physical, mental, emotional or spiritual wellbeing, including learning how to listen to your body etc.).
Once you’ve completed your initial program/s and have reached your ideal maintenance schedule, scheduling your chosen appointment time and day into both of our diaries for the whole year allows you to keep your wellbeing on track.

Other times and days may also be available for an additional fee.
When Covid-19 was at its peak we did the Pre-Consult (and Post-Consult) for every appointment via Zoom Video call/ phone call. This significantly reduced the need to talk during the Holistic Massage session, and many clients found they relaxed even more than they usually did).
The whole of your appointment can also be via 'Zoom' Video-Call from the comfort of your own home if you prefer.
We will design an individual program of appointments (usually 6-12) especially for you (I usually recommend that people see me 2-4 times per week initially). Once your initial program has finished I recommend you join my VIP Membership - both of which include bonuses and offer discounts for booking regular sessions. Holistic Therapy sessions are currently priced at £150 for up to 1 hour, £200 for up to 1 1/2 hours, or £100 for up to 30 minute appointment (each will need to include the Pre-Consult).
In your first Holistic Therapy session you will receive approximately 5-10 minutes of body work. This will allow us to assess how your body will react to our future work together.
All payments are made in advance of your appointments. Payments are made via bank transfer at the time of booking. The time scheduled for your appointment is blocked out in both of our diaries. However, sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled (by me or by you) – giving at least 48 hours’ notice means they will not be charged for. Missed or forgotten appointments will always* be charged for.

If you have any symptoms that you suspect may indicate COVID-19 (or anything infectious) or if you have been in contact with anyone you suspect may have COVID-19, please, please, please err on the side of caution and contact me to postpone your appointment. I am more than happy to transfer your payment to a rescheduled appointment if you have cancelled due to any COVID-19 concerns.
